The foundation of our journey began with the early real estate experience of our founder from 1993 to 2011, leading to the establishment of Supreme Lands in 2011 under our powerful tagline:

With 14 years of proven success in the land development sector and a strong reputation for complaint free service, client confidence in Supreme Lands continued to grow. As a result, many of our customers requested a complete real estate solution, not only land, but also housing.
Recognizing this growing demand and guided by our original vision of innovation, Supreme Holdings strategically expanded into the housing sector. This natural progression led to the creation of our residential development division, Supreme Residencies.

Supreme Residencies was established as the next chapter of our journey, staying true to our original promise: “The Innovation of Real Estate.” This division was launched to address Sri Lanka’s rapidly growing demand for housing by offering quality homes at reasonable and accessible prices.
Our aim is to continue the same successful journey we built with Supreme Lands, while carefully expanding into the housing market with professionalism, innovation, and customer trust at the core of everything we do.
